Do you ship worldwide & how much does shipping cost?
Yes, we do ship our products worldwide. There will be 2 options of shipping for you to choose during checkout: Standard Shipping and Priority Shipping. Both options include a tracking number for your package, Priority Shipping will be processed through our Priority Line for faster processing and delivery times!
What are your shipping and processing times?
Standard Shipping Times
We aim to fulfill your order within the first 24 hours after purchase, plus another 12 - 24 hours for shipment (that's 2 days in total). However, the whole process could sometimes take up to 3 - 5 days during holidays or special occasions. Please note that we do not work on the weekends.
Where can I find my tracking number?
You will receive an automated email including the Tracking Number for your order once your order has been despatched.
*Note: The Tracking Number can take up to 48 hours to start updating once you've received it. In case you haven't received the Tracking Number after 48 hours of your purchase or if the tracking number is not working after 48 hours of receiving it, please contact us at email@example.com so we can solve it as soon as possible!
In some instances, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping and processing times stated above. Most of these delays are caused by international customs processing that we cannot control.
